Emerging Production Leaders is FrontRunner Media's apprenticeship program at the Center, mentoring young people in media production.

FrontRunner is an Indianapolis media production company built on a simple conviction: a brand isn't just a business, it's a story. Alongside its client work, the company has made developing the next generation of media professionals part of its mission — recruiting young people from local high schools and universities and putting them on real projects, side by side with working professionals, with instruction and career development along the way.
